How do I check my card balance?

Simply Login using your Card Number and Password . You will be given access to the Card Account to Update Your Profile, view Transaction Reports and view Cashback earned. If you experience problems logging in, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option or make contact with us.

What happens if my ValuCard is lost or stolen?

Report lost or stolen cards immediately to your Human Resources Department. The card will be de-activated immediately and a new card will be issued. Or Email us at info@epayja.com.
